Most of us have had the frustrating experience of eating a great diet, exercising consistently and still having stubborn deposits of fat that just won’t go away.
And, I also often see patients who have lost massive amounts of weight, but still can’t wear the clothes or bathing suits they want because all of the extra skin left over. Aging, sun damage, pregnancy and genetic factors all make our skin lose elasticity and be less able to conform to our smaller bodies.
Both of these problems can effectively be addressed with surgery: liposuction and/or a body lift.
If you fit into either of these categories and want to learn more about how cosmetic surgery can help, make an appointment to see me in August. Throughout the month I am offering complimentary consultations for liposuction and body lifts.
If you desire a firmer, more youthful-looking shape, and your weight is relatively stable, then a body lift may help by improving the shape and tone of the underlying tissue that supports fat and skin. A body lift can remove excess skin on your arms, thighs, stomach, breasts, and buttocks. A body lift may include just one area, or all of these areas.
Liposuction is used to slim and reshape specific areas by removing fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. Liposuction can be done on the abdomen and waist, thighs, hips and buttocks, arms, neck and back, inner knee, chest, cheeks and chin, and calves and ankles.
During the consultation we will also give you a tour of OASIS, our fully-accredited, on-site surgical suite. OASIS patients are cared for by our highly qualified nursing staff, and they receive anesthesia from board certified anesthesiologists.
